Hotel De La Pace, Sure Hotel Collection By Best Western - Florence

The hotel's location was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered some decent options. The noise insulation was poor, and the bathroom had some issues .

The triple room is compact and has a private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. The beds are comfortable and the staff is efficient. Its location is nice and absolutely perfect, minutes from Giardino dei Semplici Open...  

Queen room was a nice size and air conditioned. The location was amazing, short walk to a great restaurant and the skyline. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Florence Historic Centre district: )

The room temperature was unbearable due to a lack of proper air conditioning, which I was not informed about beforehand. I felt completely uncomfortable and sleepless , and when I called the front desk for help during the night, no one answered. This experience was especially disappointing considering the high price we paid.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and clean, with friendly and excellent staff with a very aggressive receptionist. The venue was in a central location close to Close to Duomo and the train station and front a bus stop...

poor breakfast, they boil the towels and bed sheets with vinegar (acetic smell), the electric plugs in rooms do not conform to eurostandart (you need an adapter), water temperature in the bathroom is ragulated hardly, high prices for the internet, you need to leave a deposit to take a bicycle

Service was good and staff helpful. Perfect location for sites of Florence. Spacious room.

Bed was pretty hard and the room was quite noisy due to having to open the window as there was no air conditioning. Lots of buses on the road outside.

The staff provided really good service, assisting with all my requests efficiently. The room I stayed in was spacious and equipped with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to key attractions....  

Really easy to get to from the main train station (one bus stop after Piazza San Marco) and quite central to most of the attractions. Bus stops directly outside the hotel.

Thought the breakfast was somewhat sub-standard - one choice of cereal, inferior quality processed ham and watered down juice from a tin. If hotel is full dining room cannot accommodate everyone and the one poor waitress was trying to do everything! The free drink advertised on arrival was never offered and our bar fridge was in disarray on arrival.(we did report this) Also has extremely small lift.
